Summary Chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that administrating justice is the top priority of judiciary and judges have to make hard decisions to provide the justice.
Addressing to a seminar in Lahore, the CJP said that provision of justice to masses is the moral and official duty of a judge adding that no judge will ever accept any unlawful and unconstitutional order of any authority under any circumstances. He maintained that lawyers have achieved a unique status after the landmark movement.Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Justice Shaikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Saqib Nissar, Secretary Law and others were also present on the occasion.
