Summary The Lahore High Court has accepted the bail before arrest application of former religious affairs minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi in the Haj scam case.
The Supreme Court yesterday directs the Federal Investigation Agency to arrest the former minister but Kazmi disappeared to avoid his arrest. Today he filed his pre arrest bail application in the Lahore High Court and the court accepted the interim bail against the surety bonds of Rs 5,000,000.
