Summary Capital City Police Officer Lahore Aslam Tareen has said that US citizen and the dual killing accuse Raymond Davis intentionally killed two men in Lahore and the act was not committed in self defense.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, the CCPO said that police had completed its investigation and submitted the interim challan to the court. He said that it was a coldblooded act and no self defense was involved in it. He went on to add that he cannot comment on the diplomatic status of Raymond and his job was just to investigate into the killing incident.
