Summary Unidentified gunmen shot 5 people in a field. According to the police outlawed Tehrek-e-Taliban had left letters near the bodies.
According to the Sadar police station in Mardan, 5 bullet ridden bodies were recovered from the fields of Ibrahim Khan, after reports. The police said that there was a letter near the bodies from the outlawed Tehrek-e-Taliban claiming responsibility. “Long live Abdul Walie and Kaari Shakar group” was written in the letters.The bodies were sent to the district head quarter hospital. Among the dead were Shadallah, Waqar Ahmed and Rehman Shamil who belonged from the Shabqadar area in the Charsadda district. Moin Ahmed belonged to Swabi and Mateen Allah was from Fauji colony Rawalpindi. All the victims were aged between 24 to 26years.
