Summary Meanhwile, light rain and drizzle are likely at few places along Sindh coast.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Thursday has predicted the likelihood of rainfall in several cities of the country.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However; rain and dust-thundershower are expected at isolated places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sahiwal divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the next 12 hours.

Meanhwile, light rain and drizzle are likely at few places along Sindh coast.

Moist currents from Arabian Sea are penetrating into upper and central parts of the country. Westerly wave is affecting most upper and central parts of the country and likely to persist till Thursday.

Temperature of some major cities recorded on Thursday morning was:-

Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar 21°C, Karachi 30°C, Quetta 19°C,Gilgit 18°C, Murree 12°C and Muzaffarabad 16°C.
