Summary Special Judge Banking Court Karachi reserved the decision of a case against accused Khanani and Kalia and bank officers for illegally transferring billions of rupees to foreign countries.
Judge Ghulam Hussain reserved the decision till February 22 after the arguments of lawyers of all parties and recording statements of 48 out of 104 witnesses. Accused Hanif Kalia, Munaf Kalia, Javed Khanani and Atif Polani are accused of illegally transferring foreign currency of billion of rupees with the help of bank officers.
