Summary The Sindh High Court (SHC), while revoking the orders of dismissal of PIA pilots associations president Captain Suhail Baloch and other pilots, has ordered PIA and Ministry of Defense to submit reply till February 17.
A division bench comprising SHC CJ Sarmad Jalal Usmani and Justice Ghulam Sarwar heard the petition of Captain Suhail Baloch and Captain T.M. Rabbani. Advocate Maqsood Khan filed a separate petition in which it told the court that complainants including other pilots were issued show-cause notices of their dismissal which was an illegal step. The petition requested the court to revoke the dismissal notices of the said employees. The court while revoking the notices ordered the administration to avoid any action against the petitioners and other pilots till February 17.
