Summary The Lahore high court has adjourned the hearing of the petition regarding the recovery of doctor Abdullah, who is missing for months.
The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that Dr Abdullah was missing for last eight months but the police was not making efforts for his recovery. Central investigation Agency superintendent told the court that a joint investigation committee was formed to probe into the matter. Justice Iftikhar Hussain said that federal interior and defense secretaries should also consider this matter seriously. The court has adjourned the hearing till February 24.
