Summary A joint committee of Senate and National Assemblys House and Library has approved the continuation project for Parliament Lodges extension.
This project will be completed with a sum of Rs 4 billion. This meeting of Senate and National Assembly’s House and Library committee took place in the National Assembly. In the meeting it was decided to continue the project of increasing family suites for Parliament Members by 100 and 500 servant quarters.It was also told in the meeting that this project will complete in three years with a total cost of Rs. 4 billion. A fund of 0.6 billion rupees are being released for this project as soon as possible.
