Summary Rain and snowfall was observed in Khyber Pakhtun Khoa, Azad Kashmir, Balochistan and other regions of the country. Various roads have been blocked due land sliding in Azad Kashmir. On the other hand rain is expected in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Lahore.
According to reports, snowfall was observed in Neelum Valley, Leepa and Forward kahuta. Neelum Road, Jhelum Reshiyan road, Muzaffarabad Chikar road and several other roads have been blocked due to land sliding.On the other hand the Meteorological Department said that western winds are in the higher areas of Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtun Khoa. Rain has been pouring off and on in the valley of Swat. Due to snowfall on the mountains of Kalam, Metha, Madeen, Meyanam, Behren and Malam Jabba, the cold has intensified. The roads to Mangora and Kalam have been blocked due to land sliding since 18 days.The Meteorological Department has warned that snowfall and rains will continue in Kashmir and the northern areas. Light rain is expected in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Lahore.
