Summary Dunya News learnt that Jatoi Municipal Administration Authority sought tenders for emergency development in December last year. But the TMA rewarded the contracts to two contractors, Nwaz and Tarik without taking signatur of TOI concerned on the work order.
Jatoi Tahsil Admintrator Qaisar Naeem on January 11 had ordered to stop the payment to the contractors but the TMO Iftikhar Bangash, TO Finance Tahir Butt and tahsil officer Khalid allegedly paid 1.6 million to the contractors.Despite calling explanation by the tahsil administrator, the officers involved did not explain the matter.
