Summary Two dacoits were killed in an alleged police encounter in People’s colony area of Faisalabad.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – According to details, police were taking two under-custody dacoits for recovery of weapons when their accomplices opened fire at the police van to get them free from police custody.
Police in retaliation also opened fire and in exchange of fire two under-custody dacoits Shahid and Shabbir were killed by their own accomplices.
Police sources said that the killed dacoits were involved in several cases of murders and robberies. Sources further said that the unidentified attackers managed to escape from the scene.
