KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking powers for the local bodies representatives, reported Dunya News on Thursday.
In the petition filed by MQM-P, it has been requested that the local bodies representatives should be given their due powers and also authority to use resources.
Meanwhile, the Local Government Act alongside other laws has also been challenged in the petition.
