Summary Fawad Chaudhry declared Qamar Zaman Chaudhry as IHC chief justice, demanded his removal
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Fawad Chaudhry, in his nervousness, referred to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry as Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice and then went on to demand his removal in the reference, reported Dunya News.
The reference filed by Fawad Chaudhry contains some serious errors in it. In the haste of removing NAB Chairman from his position, Fawad Chaudhry not only declared him the chief justice of IHC but also demanded his removal from that post.
The attitude of NAB Chairman was termed as the attitude of IHC Chief Justice. The reference went on to demand the supreme judicial council to remove Qamar Zaman Chaudhry from his position as IHC Chief Justice.
