Summary Final charge sheet submitted in the court on Tayyaba case, Raja Khurram and wife declared accused
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Former judge Raja Khurram and his wife have on Thursday been declared accused in the final charge sheet submitted before the court in Tayyaba case, reported Dunya News.
According to the charge sheet, Raja Khurram’s wife has been held responsible for the violence while Raja Khurram has been held responsible for negligence in the girl’s medical treatment.
Statements of four of the neighbours and Tayyaba’s medical report are also included in the charge sheet.
