Panama Leaks case: PM's tax payments record submitted in court, says Justice Khosa

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Justice Asif Khosa on Monday asked Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) lawyer Taufeeq Asif that what the premier has hidden in his speech as every record is present in the court.

A five-member larger bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa resumed the hearing of Panama Papers case. Other judges in the bench include Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan.

During the hearing, Justice Khosa said that PM submitted tax payments record to Speaker of National Assembly which was later forwarded to the court.

He asked the JI lawyer to tell what the premier had hidden.
