Summary Chief Justice Saqib Nisar of Supreme Court has sought report from interior secretary within 3 years
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar took suo moto action on Thursday against illegal occupation of land in Quaid-e-Azam University.
He has sought a report on the matter from chairman Capital Development Authority (CTD) and interior secretary.
The Supreme Court Chief Justice has ordered to put forth a report on the matter of illegal land occupation in Quaid-e-Azam University within 3 days time period.
