KARACHI (Dunya News) – Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has nabbed a target killer affiliated to a political party in a raid in SITE area who was wanted in at least ten cases of sectarian killings.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), the miscreant belongs to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) London chapter.
SSP Umar Shahid addressed a press conference in the metropolis in which he disclosed the arrest. He reported to the media that an operation was carried out on a tipoff in SITE area that resulted in arrest of Syed Zulfiqar Ali Naqvi.
He said that the killer was involved in at least ten cases of sectarian killings. He murdered students of seminaries and appointment holders of a political party in Gulshan-e-Iqbal among other areas.
