According to details, hundreds of cars remained stuck at the Lowari top for several years in temperature 15 degrees below the freezing point. Two kids died of extreme cold while the traffic is still jammed.
The passengers stuck near the tunnel protested against the administration and demanded immediate restoration of the traffic.
