LAHORE (Dunya News) – Additional District and Session Judge Ghulam Abbas Upal gave verdict on the petition of Pir A S Jafferi in theft of Nalain-e-Pak case, reported Dunya News.
The court ordered that all the on-duty officials at the time of theft should be investigated and cases be filed against those responsible.
According to the petitioner, Nalain-e-Pak were not stolen but in fact sold through connivance.
It is pertinent to mention that Nalain-e-Pak got stolen from Badshai Mosque in 2003.
