Summary Hashmi, a PTI renegade alleged former CJP of conspiring for a 'judicial martial law'
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Nasirul Mulk has refused to comment on Javed Hashmi’s allegation regarding a ‘judicial martial law’.
A correspondent of Dunya News asked the ex-CJP what he had to say about the revelations made by Hashmi regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) D-Chowk sit-in in 2014.
Hashmi who then was affiliated with PTI alleged former CJP of conspiring to impose ‘judicial martial law’ in 2014.
However, Chief Justice (r) Nasirul Mulk refused to comment.
