KARACHI (Dunya News) – Former President and Pakistan People s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari will return to Pakistan today (Friday) after one and a half year of self-exile, Dunya News reported.
The PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari will arrive at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport from Dubai on a special plane at 3:00pm.
Several welcome camps have been established across the metropolis for the party workers to give a deserving welcome to Asif Ali Zardari on his return to Pakistan.
The PPP has completed all arrangements to show political strength of the party on the occasion. Party members have been advised to reach Karachi Airport’s old terminal at 1:00pm while the ex-president is expected to reach at 3:00pm.
Asif Zardari will address a big public meeting of party workers soon after his arrival and then leave for Bilawal House by a helicopter.
