KARACHI (Dunya News) – Court on Monday has issued non-bailable arrest warrant of fugitive in Baldia factory fire case, Hammad Siddique and ordered his arrest with help of the Interpol.

The court also has ordered the Interior Ministry to issue red warrant of Siddique and approach Interpol in the case.

Reportedly, preliminary report over interrogation of Rehman Bhola, prime suspect in Baldia Town factory fire case was filed in the court. The report claims that Bhola confessed to setting the factory on fire.

According to the confession, Hammad Siddique demanded off Bhola to extort money from Ali enterprises and reserve partnership in the factory. However, upon refusal of owner of the factory, Siddique ordered Rehman Bhola to set the factory on fire.

Report asserts that Bhola set the factory on fire along with accomplice Zubair alias Chirya and others.

The court extended physical remand of Rehman Bhola until December 29 on plea of the investigation officer.

The hearing was adjourned until January 12 after the judge resented Interior Ministry for not issuing red warrant and approaching Interpol for the arrest.
