ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf’s (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi meets the leader of opposition in the National Assembly (NA) Syed Khurshid Shah on Wednesday. The two discussed a mutual strategy for a privileged motion against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, reported Dunya News.
The leaders of both parties have expressed concerns over PM calling his statement in the House as ‘political’. Earlier, PTI submitted a privilege and adjournment motion against PM Nawaz in NA that reads as, " This is the issue of the Prime Minister lying in the floor of the House on May 16 when speaking on the Panama Leaks issue in assembly."
The PTI leader predicts that the year 2017 will witness elections. He further went on to say that a parliamentary board had been formed to analyze the election candidates and a public campaign will be launched against Panama Leaks.
