Summary At least 12 dead bodies out of 47 victims of PIA's flight PK-661 crash have been identified so far.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The identification of PIA s flight PK-661 crash victims continues at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad (PIMS) as three more victims to the deadly crash were indentified on Sunday, Dunya News reported. At least 12 dead bodies out of 47 victims of PIA s flight PK-661 crash have been identified so far.

The PIMS officials informed that the bodies of Junaid Jamshed’s wife Neyha Junaid, pilot Saleh Janjua and an Austrian citizen were identified on Sunday.

Sources at the PIMS informed that different technologies including DNA tests, Biometric and dental history are being used for the identification of the dead bodies.

Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flight PK-661 was crashed near Havelian after one of its two turboprop engines reportedly failed while travelling from Chitral to Islamabad on Wednesday (November 7), killing everyone on board.
