RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Spokesperson of the District Administration Rawalpindi has issued a notification regards to Rabi-ul-Awal while implementing section 144 across the district, reported Dunya News.
According to the notification, a complete ban will be imposed on the waving of arms, wall-chalking and usage of loudspeaker on 12th Rabi-ul-Awal.
In addition, a ban on pillion riding has also been imposed on 12th Rabi-ul-Awal across Rawalpindi.
