ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – With Panama case to get underway today, it is still unclear as to whether a special commission of Panama Case will be formed or the court will proceed with the hearing.
The five member larger-bench of Supreme Court will put off Panama Case hearing today.
The court in the previous hearing directed the lawyers to consult their respective client on the forming the commission.
However owing to Akram Sheikh not arriving at the court on mentioned time, the hearing was adjourned till Friday.
The Chief Justice cleared out that if there is no consensus on commission, the court will decide the case in the light of current facts and records.
