Summary Panamagate case: Captain Safdar appeals SC to include additional documents in court's record.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Son-in-law of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, retired Captain Mohammad Safdar has submitted the record of applications against him in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) as additional documents in Supreme Court, reported Dunya News on Thursday.
Captain Safdar has told the Supreme Court that three individuals had filled applications against him in ECP. According to the documents, the applications were filed by Yasmeen Rashid, Nawabzada Salahuddin Khan and Sheikh Rashid, in which the former two belong to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
An appeal was made by Captain Safdar to include the given documentation in Supreme Court’s record.
