Summary 53 crore 21 lakh rupees have been spent on the maintenance of the President House
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Ministry for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) has presented the two years report of maintenance of government buildings in the National Assembly, reported Dunya News.
It has been revealed in the report that as many as 2 billion, 42 crore and 73 lakh rupees has been spent on the maintenance of eight government buildings.
According to details, 53 crore 21 lakh rupees have been spent on the maintenance of the President House.
It has also been mentioned in the report that 54 crore and 48 lakh rupees have been spent on the maintenance of Parliament House while 31 crore and 13 lakh rupees were spent over the maintenance of Parliament Lodges.
The report reveals that these expenses also include salaries of the employees, allowances and also utility charges.
Ministry for CADD also confirmed that seven new hospitals are also under construction within the federal government. The project would cost Rs. 18 billion in total.
Report also revealed that Project PC-1 has been prepared under the direction of the prime minister.
