ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Finance Minister Ishaq Dar telephoned General Qamar Javed Bajwa and General Zubair Mahmood Hayat on Sunday.
He congratulated them on their appointments as Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC).
Earlier on Saturday, Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif felicitated General Qamar Javed Bajwa on his appointment as Army Chief.
He also congratulated General Zubair Mehmood Hayat on his appointment as Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Shehbaz Sharif said General Qamar Javed Bajwa had got the honour of commander of best army of the world and the nation was proud of its brave army.
