Summary Preparations for sixth census completed, Dar advises PBS to coordinate with army to ensure security
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has on Saturday advised Pakistan Bureau of statistics (PBS) to coordinate with the army to ensure security for the census. The preparations for the sixth census of the country are complete, reported Dunya News.
An important meeting regarding the sixth national census was presided over by Ishaq Dar in Islamabad. PBS officials told the finance minister that the arrangements were complete for the census upon which Dar appreciated the performance of the institution.
The federal minister told that all the funds for the census had been released. He ordered PBS to remain in contact with the army to ensure security during the census.
