Reportedly, number of locals visiting hospitals has increased in the past few days owing to smog. However, medics are of the viewpoint that avoiding unnecessarily stepping out of home that too without precaution is the only way to avoid throat and respiratory issues.
Dense smog first was noticed in Lahore last month when for nearly a week, clouds of poisonous gases circled the city causing irritable eyes and other problems.
