Summary Polling for reserved seats of municipal corporations and metropolitan corporation will be held today
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Polling for reserved seats of municipal corporations and metropolitan corporation in Punjab province will be held today, Dunya News reported. Polling for reserved seats of Union councils will be held on November 19.
Polling for the reserved seats of Metropolitan Corporation Lahore will be held today during which 25 women and 10 minority’s members would be elected. Polling will start at 9:00am and will continue till 4:00pm without any interval.
On the other hand, vice chairmen and councilors in Faisalabad staged a protest against the local government system. They demanded that the vice chairmen should also be allowed to cast their votes in the election for reserved seats.
