According to details, the woman reached to Begum Kot police station as no actions were taken against her report.
Kanwal protested over the issue as police were not in mood to take any kind of action.
While the woman was still protesting over the issue, sub-inspector Insaf dragged Kanwal inside the police station. The video footage of this sad incident also went viral.
DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf had taken serious notice of the incident and asked for the complete report to be presented to him inside 24 hours.
