Summary Infant in Lahore also lost his life while parents were transporting him to a hospital
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A lady who was being transported to a hospital in Rawalpindi through an ambulance lost her life after being stuck in traffic due to the local administration s road blockage as part of security measures for Pakistan Awami Tehreek’s (PAT) Retribution movement rally, reported Dunya News.
Routes towards three of the city’s major hospitals were blocked as the local administration placed containers for PAT rally’s security which disturbed the city’s traffic a great deal and ultimately resulted in the mishap as the lady being transported to the hospital died due to the administration’s poor arrangements.
On the other hand, an infant also died in Lahore as a result of road blockage at Shahdara while his parents were transporting him to a hospital.
