Summary Peaceful Karachi equivalent to peaceful Pakistan, says Sindh Governor
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Minister of the Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday met with Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat ul Ebad Khan. Both leaders expressed their resolve to take strict action against those who spoke against Pakistan, reported Dunya News.
Nisar stated that the government shall not let Pakistan’s integrity be harmed, further adding that peace in Karachi shall be maintained at all costs.
Sindh Governor said that a peaceful Karachi was equivalent to a peaceful Pakistan. Dr Ishrat stated that strict action shall be taken against those who disrupt the peace of the city, adding that the sacrifices made by security forces officials shall not go in vain.
Nisar also met with Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah and expressed resolve to maintain peace in the city.
