ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has vowed that sacrifices of the innocent lawyers and others in Quetta blast would not go in vain, reported Tuesday.
The Prime Minister chaired a meeting in the federal capital to review security situation and implementation of the National Action Plan.

The premier said that neither extremists would ever be able to weaken nation’s determination nor the it would divide. He termed terror attacks a conspiracy to divide the nation and expressed satisfaction over successes bagged by Operation Zar-e-Azb.
The country, according to a perspective is in a state of war, he said adding that terrorists were targeting ‘easy installations’ out of desperation.
The government is determined to make Pakistan a country that is free of all kinds of extremism, Nawaz Sharif said. He called for an extended cooperation among law enforcement agencies to achieve goals in a limited period of time.
He meeting was attended by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Advisor to PM on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Advisor to PM on National Security Nasir Janjua and special assistant Tariq Fatemi among others.
Prime Minister’s meeting has come in a day after a suicide blast in one of Quetta’s key hospital claimed 71 lives, mostly lawyers besides three media personnel.
A suicide bomber blew him up after lawyers had gathered at the hospital to protest against murder of Balochistan Bar Association earlier that day.
