Summary Six members of cabinet expected to take oath on Saturday, sources say

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday met with newly elected Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah and discussed about the formation of the cabinet, reported Dunya News.

Murad Ali Shah headed to Bilawal House after taking oath as the new chief executive of the province in the Governor’s House. PPP Chairman congratulated Murad Ali Shah upon his success.

According to sources, a number of new faces are expected to be made part of the cabinet. Other PPP leaders, including former Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah, Faryal Talpur attended the meeting whereas party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari also took part in the proceedings from Dubai via video link.

Sources indicate that the names of the cabinet members shall be finalised in the first phase of the selection of the members. Six ministers shall take oath on Saturday in the Governor’s House.

Sources also state that the cabinet may include Nisar Khuhro, Jam Mehtab Dehr, Suhail Anwar Sial, Manzoor Wassan and Mir Hazar Khan Bijrani.

Sindh CM shall pay visit to the Quaid’s mausoleum along with members of his cabinet after they take their oath.
