Summary 1820 rounds of heavy machine gun, 1105 rounds of G3 Rifle, 1018 of AMGs, 17 cartridges recovered
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rangers on Tuesday conducted a raid in the area of Shah Faisal Colony and recovered a huge cache of weaponry to be used by a militant group affiliated with a political party while Rangers spokesperson said that weapons were supposed to used for terror activities in the city, reported Dunya News.
One RPR rocket, 8 rocket launchers, 7 fuse, 3 heavy machine guns, 1 G3 Rifle and 1 7mm Rifle had been recovered from the cache hidden underground.
Rangers’ spokesperson also said that during the raid, 1820 rounds of heavy machine gun, 1105 rounds of G3 Rifle, 1018 of AMGs, 17 ammo cartridges and 2 walky talkies were also taken into custody.
