Summary Afghanistan should take steps against terrorists instead of accusing Pakistan, says Foreign Office

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – In a statement issued by Foreign Office (FO) on Saturday, it was stated that the statement made by Afghan president Ashraf Ghani was disappointing. It was added that Ghani should have avoided leveling allegations against Pakistan based on assumptions, reported Dunya News.

Foreign Office stated that cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan was the need of the hour, further adding that instead of accussing Pakistan, the Afghan government should work upon border management system and should take steps against the terrorists.

While addressing in the NATO summit, Ashraf Ghani stated that Pakistan was still working upon the policy of good and bad Taliban. Afghan president said that his country had benefited from ties with all countries but with not Pakistan.
