Summary Mamnoon along with the delegation reached Samarkand and paid a visit to Hazrat Imam Bukhari's Shrine
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday was welcomed by Uzbek Prime Minister (PM) Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Komilov and Minister for Privatisation Khudatof Durin on his arrival at Tashkent to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Dunya News has learnt.
Adviser to Prime Minister (PM) on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Secretary Foreign Affairs and other officials were also present with the President.
Pakistan would acquire permanent membership of SCO during its plenary session which will be commenced on Thursday. The President will sign a memorandum of obilgations for the membership.
Before his arrival at Tashkent, Mamnoon along with the delegation reached Samarkand and paid a visit to Hazrat Imam Bukhari’s Shrine.
