Summary Saeeda's body was recovered at Jahangir point of River Kabul

NOWSHERA (Dunya News) – Three sisters hailing from Swabi District s Chota Lahore have drowned in River Kabul as they returned after shopping for marriage of one of them, reported Friday.

Umera was accompanied by her husband, Dilawar Shah and five-month-old daughter when she slipped and fell into the river as they stopped midway. Saeeda, in an attempt to save her younger sister, jumped after her, prompting the youngest of the three, Bushra to follow.

Seeing his wife and her sisters in trouble, Shah took a dip to save them but could only manage to rescue the five-month-old infant.

Saeeda’s body was recovered at Jahangira point of River Kabul near Nowshera however, hunt for other two is underway.

The sisters were returning to Chota Lahore after shopping along with their mother.
