Summary Constitution's real aim died if considered nothing more than a multitude of papers: Raza Rabbani
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Addressing to Youth Parliament on Wednesday, Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani said that establishment of special courts for politicians were not possible and that every department should accept their shortcomings, reported Dunya News.
He said that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and National Accountability bureau (NAB) should be integrated and that Pakistan’s constitution was present but got disrupted every few years.
Constitution’s real aim died if considered nothing more than a multitude of papers, Rabbani added. He said that civil-military relations had often been inclined to volatility and positive implementation of the constitution could only help us banish such tensions, he said.
Rabbani also said that student federations had always proved to be a key support to politicians while those who had emerged from such federations did not change their loyalties nor they had been labeled as corrupt leaders.
