GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Century-old files have eaten up all the space in district record room prompting Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Ishaq Hashir to go digital with the record, reported Tuesday.

The judge, paying for the expenses, has started to have data of murder cases saved on CDs to get rid of files to make space for new cases.

This is for the first time in history that judicial record is being saved digitally in Gujranwala.
