Summary COAS shall be inspecting joint exercises taking place in Izmir
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif has reached Turkey on an official visit. COAS will be visiting the city of Izmir where he shall be examining the joint exercises, reported Dunya News on Monday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) department, the joint exercises shall be carried out in two phases. One of the phases shall commence today whereas the second one will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
Army chief shall be inspecting both phases of the joint exercises.
