Summary Police thwarted an attempt to smuggle huge quantity of weapons in Tarnol near Islamabad on Sunday.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Police foiled an attempt to smuggle huge quantity of weapons in Tarnol area outside Islamabad on Sunday and arrested two accused, Dunya News reported.
According to police sources, a huge quantity of weapons, including 63 pistols, 8,800 bullets, two SMGs, two M-Fours, 18 twelve bore guns, were recovered from a vehicle during checking in Tarnol area in the outskirts of Islamabad.
Police sources further informed that three kilograms of hashish were also recovered from the vehicle. Further investigation is underway.
