MULTAN (Dunya News) – Patients of Nishtar Hospital Multan and their relatives agitated by prolonged hours of unannounced loadshedding staged a demonstration against the government on Tuesday.
The protesters while holding placards and banners raised slogans against the government and Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) authorities.
The people said that power outages have created immense problems for the patients and is equivalent to killing the patients.
On the other hand, Mepco has said that the loadshedding is not been conducted from their side rather it is hospital’s technical glitch which is being reviewed and will be removed soon.
