Summary Shopkeepers are still selling sugar at Rs 65 per kg

KARACHI (Dunya News) – People are unable to buy sugar on cheaper rates even after the wholesale price has been decreased to Rs 1 on Friday, reported Dunya News.

Wholesale Grocers Association Chairman Anees Majeed stated that due to better supply, sugar price has been reduced to Rs 1 per kg. After which sugar has been sold at Rs 59 per kg.

On the other hand, after reduction in wholesale sugar prices people seem unable to buy cheap sugar because shopkeepers are still selling sugar at Rs 65 per kg.
