LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police late Monday night brutalized two brothers, Naeem and Kaleem, for not giving way to the police vehicle as it approached, near Sukh canal stop. The brothers were then taken to the Bhagwanpura police station and beaten up even more. Family of the brothers severely protested against the police torture and chanted slogans against them.
According to the family, the brothers were shifting catering equipment when the police approached. The police vehicle could not find a way to pass due to a traffic jam. Enraged policemen then started taking out their anger on the brothers.
Meanwhile police say that the brothers hurled abuses at them and started fighting with them.
