Summary Robbers opened fire on an armoured vehicle and took away Rs 20 million
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Robbers attacked an armoured vehicle belonging to a bank on Thursday, killing 3 guards and robbed Rs 20 million on the spot while the police have stated that firing incident took place within the bank vehicle, reported Dunya News.
An armoured vehicle was passing through the area of Samundri when 4 men tried to stop the vehicle and opened fire killing 3 guards.Those 3 guards included driver Muhammad Aslam, Qalab Abbas and Muhammad Sharif.
The attackers robbed Rs 20 million. According to the Police, firing incident took place within the vehicle as the vehicle had no signs of bullet from the outside.
On the other hand, witnesses stated that the attackers were riding in the car; they opened fire and took away four bags full of money.
Police also stated that the bodies have been sent for autopsy.
